He is a Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA); and a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Michael has over 30 years experience in investment banking. Prior to Ethicus Advisory Partners, Michael’s career background included roles at Macquarie Bank, Ord Minnett, Wilson Advisory Partners.

Michael has originated, led and been instrumental in a significant number of initial public offers, secondary capital raisings as part of developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients. In addition, he has identified and introduced key industry leaders to companies in their objective to build executive teams and boards.

With a career focus being involved with emerging, small and mid-cap listed and unlisted companies Michael, through his strong relationships with institutional, wholesale and High Net Worth Clients continues to connect investors to corporate clients as part of their capital management objectives.
